"Toes In The Sand", quilted!

This is a recent finish to a pattern called, "Toes In The Sand", by Jaybird Quilts. It was made by my friend, Denise Stahl, http://thecuriouskansasquilter.blogspot.com/  Denise is a fabulous seamstress and was our featured speaker at our recent guild quilt show. I'll just stream the photos. It's a fabulous quilt!!

This was the quilts beginning one morning with that fabulous early sunlight. As with so many quilts there are always surprises with secondary designs!
